EXHIBITOR SPACE COSTS

All booths are 10’ wide x 10’ deep. To reserve space, complete the NSA Exhibitor Contract and mail or fax it to NSA. Booth fees are $2,400 plus $200 premium for corner booths, including a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit on your total contract.

The following items are included in the booth rental:

  • 8’ back drapes and 3’ side rails
  • Company listing in the Official Conference Program (deadline applies). Listing includes company name, mailing addresses, booth number, phone number, 25-word company/product description
  • Company listing in the May/June 2020 pre-conference edition of Sheriff & Deputy magazine (deadline applies).
  • Two full conference registrations.
  • Pre- and post-show attendee list (excluding opt out).

Shipping, Drayage, and Show Decorating Services

The official service contractor is Brede Exposition Services. Exhibitors can expect to Brede to email Exhibitor Service Kits to registered exhibitors in the springtime prior to the conference.

Show colors are blue and white. Show management requires that booths be completely carpeted at the exhibitor’s expense. It is strongly suggested that exhibitors use carpeting in the show color of blue. Exhibitors not furnishing their own carpeting must secure it through Brede Exposition Services.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation or downsize requests must be received in writing by show management.

  • Exhibitors cancelling or downsizing on or before November 30, 2019, forfeit 50% of total contracted amount.
  • Exhibitors cancelling or downsizing between December 1, 2019 through February 29, 2020, forfeit 75% of total contracted amount.
  • Exhibitors cancelling or downsizing after February 29, 2020, are liable for 100% of contracted amount.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

Exhibitors are allotted two full conference registrations per 10x10 booth space. Additional badges are available for purchase.

Two (2) Exhibitor Badges included with booth – NO CHARGE – Includes:          

  • Admission to all general sessions, seminars, and workshops.
  • Sunday evening opening reception in the exhibit hall.
  • Monday lunch in the exhibit hall.
  • Tuesday Cops Breakfast and lunch in the exhibit hall.

Extra Exhibitor Badge - Additional Cost – Includes         

  • Name Badge ONLY

Extra Exhibitor Full - Additional Cost - Includes:

  • Admission to all general sessions, seminars, and workshops.
  • Sunday evening opening reception in the exhibit hall.
  • Monday lunch in the exhibit hall.
  • Tuesday Cops Breakfast and lunch in the exhibit hall.

Individual meal tickets will not be offered at this event.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Meal guarantees must be provided to the convention center in advance of the opening of registration; therefore, exhibitor personnel not pre-registered prior to June 1, 2020, may not receive meal tickets with their name badges. Please note we can always change names, so even if you don’t know who will actually be working in your booth, register someone prior and names can be changed (even on-site if necessary).

Exhibitor Service Kit

The exhibitor service kit will be available Spring 2020. Brede Exposition Services will email the complete kit, including login details, to the person listed in the top section of the contract. A kit will be available for review on our conference webpage.
